摘要
论述了高等学校人事管理现状及特点;分析了现存的问题和深化人事制度改革的目的;提出提高人事管理工作者的素质,树立科学发展观,坚持"以人为本"的理念,加强管理,建立科学合理的考核评价体系和新型的高校人事管理机制,开发人才潜力等几点建议。
Personnel administration situation of colleges and universities and its features are expounded and existing problems and the purposes of deepening personnel system reform are analyzed. Some suggestions are put forward: improving qualities of personnel administration workers, establishing a scientific outlook on development, holding the concept of people-oriented, strengthening management, building scientific and reasonable appraisal system as well as new-typed personnel administration system in colleges and universities and developing talents potential.
