论高校设置“村官”专业的构想及意义

Some practical problems and reasons such as the embarrasity of Graduates Being Cadres in Villages, the difficulty of graduates＇ employment and the unreasonable of major setting-up in colleges and universities are analyzed. The significance of the foundation of ＂Village Cadres＂ major to realize graduate employment, talent cultivating and new rural construction is expounded. It is pointed out that colleges and universities should deepen education reformation furtherly, guide the students to form correct outlook on life and values, establish talent cultivating program on Graduates Being Cadres in Villages and improving the tracking service to the graduates being cadres in villages.
