摘要
论述了辽宁省承办第12届全运会的条件和优势;分析了承办全运会对辽宁社会经济的影响;指出承办12届全运会可加速老工业基地振兴、提高全面建设小康社会进程,振奋辽宁精神文明、展现民族体育精神,推动竞技体育产业化进程和提高辽宁社会经济的增长点,加大对体育场馆设施的投入,改善群众体育设施,拉动全民健身和体育消费、开发体育旅游资源,提高城市形象及凝聚力。
The condition and advantages of hosting the 12th National Games in Liaoning are expounded. The influence of hosting National Games to Liaoning social economy is analyzed and it is pointed out that hosting the 12th National Game can accelerate the development of the old industrial base, improve the process of overall construction of Xiaokang society, encourage spiritual culture in Liaoning, show national physical spirits, compel the industrialized pro- cess of competitive physical education and improve the increasing point of Liaoning social economy, enlarge the in- vestment on stadium facilities, improve physical facilities of crowds, pull body building and physical consumption of the whole people, develop sport travel resource and improve the city image and cohesiveness.
