On the Behavior Rules of Information Users

论述并总结了信息用户在信息行为中所表现出的一些规律性特征。这些特征主要有:对信息内容的选择性、信息获取方式的策略性、信息行为倾向的复杂性、信息需求满足的自我调适性、信息利用的相关性以及信息能力的结构性等。指出用户是信息服务工作的中心,信息工作者要不断总结其信息行为规律,才能提高信息交流水平。

Some regular characteristics displayed in the information utilization are stated and summarized. These characteristics mainly involve selectivity of information content, strategies of information acquisition, complexity of information behavior tendency, self-adjustment of information need satisfaction, relevance of information usage as well as the constitutive of information ability. It is pointed out that users are the centre of information service and the information workers should summarize the behavior rules of information to improve the level of information communication.
