摘要
英语明喻根据本体和喻体的不同,可分为完全对应、部分对应、不对应三种对应情况。翻译时可采用直译、直译和意译相结合、意译三种相对应的方法。
According to the differences between tenor and vehicle,English similes can be divided into three kinds： complete equivalence,partial equivalence and non-equivalence.In translation,literal translation,the combination of literal translation and free translation and free translation can be adopted respectively.
