摘要
岗位设置管理是当前高校人事制度改革的重要内容,要突破传统的人事管理模式束缚,突出重点环节,规范工作流程,科学设计岗位体系,全面实施岗位聘用制,同时构建并实施岗位动态管理制度、绩效考核制度和岗位绩效工资制度。
The post setting and management is presently the important work in the personnel system reform in universities and colleges.It is necessary to breakthrough the mode restriction of traditional personnel management,give prominence to the key connections,standardize the work flow,design the scientific post systems,and implement the post appointment system,and it is similarly needed to construct and carry out the dynamic post management systems,performance appraisal systems and performance salary systems.
