高校工会贯彻中国工会十五大精神的理论思考

Theoretical Study on How College Labor Union Shall Implement the Spirit of 15th National Conference of All China Federation of Trade Union

中国特色社会主义工会发展道路是中国特色社会主义道路的重要组成部分,坚定不移地走这条道路是工会的必然选择。高校工会要以党的十七大和中国工会十五大精神为指导,全心全意依靠教职工,充分发挥其主力军作用;要结合实际,发挥自身优势,加强自身建设,不断开创工作新局面,为实现学校科学发展做出新贡献。

The path of China s socialist trade union is a crucial part of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Trade unions at all levels shall firmly walk along such path.The college labor unions shall rely on the spirits of the 17th CPC Conference and the 15th national conference of All China Federation of Trade Union.They shall rely on the faculty and staff with full dedication to explore their strength.It is suggested that college labor unions take into account current situations,take advantage ： of their own merits, strengthen self developments, and broaden contexts and settings for the future. These efforts are all necessary to deliver new contributions to the scientific development of institutes.
