摘要
加强和改进环卫职工思想政治工作要提高思想认识,加强组织领导;积极探索其内在规律;要结合完成阶段性中心工作进行;要从关心职工切身利益入手,不断提高思想政治工作的时代性、针对性和有效性。
To strengthen and improve environmental sanitation workers ideological and political work,we should improve their understanding,strengthen organizational leading,positively probe into its internal law,carry it out with periodical center work,care about staff members profits,constantly improve the effect of work,and keep up with the times.
