上海近代历史建筑保护和再生方法初探——以滇池路119号为例

A Brief Exploration of the Way of Protecting and Reviving Modern Historical Buildings in Shanghai——Exemplified by Dianchi Road NO.119

近代历史建筑是上海都市遗产的重要组成部分,以滇池路119号历史建筑为例,分析建筑的历史和现状,揭示存在的问题和隐患;评估保护和更新的必要性和可行性,探索保护和更新方法策略。以个案研究反映共性问题,辐射同类地段内的上海近代历史建筑,寻求近代历史建筑保护和再生问题的合理对策。

Modern historical buildings are important components of the urban heri- tage of Shanghai. By citing the example of a historical building on Dianchi Road NO. 119, the author analyzes the history and current situation of the building, pointing out the existing problems and the hidden danger. Then the author evaluates the necessity and feasibility of protection and revival and explores the ways and strategies. Using a case study to reflect the common problems covering all the modern historical buildings in the same kind of lots, the author looks for reasonable countermeasures against the troubles concerning protection and revival of modern historical buildings.
