摘要
根据我国制造业在产品研发管理中面临的问题和挑战,提出了基于产品生命周期管理的项目管理解决方案,有效地控制了项目管理的成本,缩减项目开发周期,提高了项目整个生命周期的经济效益,并以实际案例论述了该方案的可行性与有效性。
The problems and challenges during the new product development were analyzed, based on the theory of product lifecycle management, the Time Quality and Cost model was reviewed and updated, it is found that the cost time is significantly improved, and the profit of the project lifecycle was improved, the case study suggests that the model is feasible and effective.
