摘要
分析18例晚期血吸虫病(晚血)合并肺结核患者的治疗效果,结果表明,根据晚血患者肝功能受损程度,合理、优化调整抗结核药物种类及剂量是减轻患者肝功能损害、提高抗结核治疗率的关键。
The therapeutic effect for 18 advanced schistosomiasis patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis was evaluated,and the results showed that adjusting drug categories and doses according to the liver function of the patients was the key to reduce the liver function damage and increased the cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis.
