摘要
已经证实,细胞膜上存在核酸受体,但DNA与受体结合后的细胞内信号通路尚不清楚。本实验应用放免分析法,观察了肌肉注射不同的质粒DNA对肌组织中cAMP,cGMP含量的影响。结果发现,pUC18质粒可升高cAMP,pCD2/VEGF可降低cGMP,其余质粒对cAMP,cGMP含量无影响。
The nucleic acid receptors in cell membrane have been the subject of considerable scrutiny,but the intracellular signal transduction pathway has been unclear after DNA binding to the receptors.In this study,we investigated the changes of cAMP and cGMP levels in muscle tissue after injection of plasmid DNAs into mouse skeletal muscle by means of radioimmunoassay.The results showed that injection of pUC18 could increase cAMP levels,pCD 2/VEGF could decrease cGMP,the other plasmids had no effects on cAMP and cGMP.The results suggested that after plasmid DNA binding to membrane proteins,their intracellular signal transduction pathway may be different.
