A Brief Comments on the Development of Internationalization of European Higher Education

摘要 欧洲高等教育国际化发展模式体现为欧洲高等教育的一体化,即通过《博洛尼亚宣言》和《伊拉斯谟计划》等纲领性文件的实施,在市场化条件下整合欧洲的教育资源。这一过程表现为欧洲各国大学之间的合作与竞争,其结果是共赢与共存。同时,欧洲高等教育国际化也给亚洲,尤其是中国发展国际化教育提供了借鉴。 The pattern of internationalization development of European higher education is representative of the integrative policies of European higher education. That is, the entire educational resources of Europe axe to be integrated under marketization through such documents as Bologna Declaration and ERASMUS Programme. This process indicates both cooperation and competition between different universities of European countries, the result of which is a win -win game and coexistence. Meanwhile,the internationalization of European higher education provides Asia,especially China,with a good reference and opportunity in developing their international education.
