摘要
教师课堂教学督导活动是督导者针对不同教师课堂教学的不同特点做出的一种改进和提升活动。在督导活动的实施过程中,督导者首先需要鉴定教师发展的不同类型和水平,然后在此基础上根据每个教师的不同特点选择适合其发展需要的督导模式,以此来提高教师督导活动的针对性和有效性。
Teacher instructional supervision is made by supervisor which is well targeted with differentiated teachers. The aim of teacher instructional supervision is to improve teacher's instructional development. In the process of supervising,supervisors need to identify the characteristics and levels of different teachers firstly,and then choose different models of supervision for specific teacher in order to improve the pertinence and validity of supervision for teachers instruction.
