摘要
在国内已建水电工程中,三板溪是第2高面板堆石坝,其安全监测系统具有任务重、规模大和难度高的特点。工程在建设过程中,进行了自动控制挠度观测系统、光纤测温系统、液压式沉降仪及串联杆式水平位移计、水管式沉降仪及钢丝水平位移计自动测控系统、无浮托引张线等5种新技术、新方法的研究与应用。文中对三板溪监测系统的组成、规模、特点及其部分应用成果进行了阐述,并针对工程特点提出了系统运行管理建议。
The Sanbanxi face slab rock-fill dam is the second highest water-power engineering project of its kind in China, and its safety monitoring system has the characteristics of important task, large scale and high difficulty. During the construction process, five new technologies and methods were developed, which are auto-control deflection observation system, fiber-optic temperature measurement system, hydraulic settlement gauge and series horizontal displacement meter, pipe settlement gauge and auto-measuring system of the steel wire horizontal displacement meter, and non-uplift tension meier. In the paper, the composition, scale, characteristics and application results of the monitoring system of Sanbanxi are discussed, and some suggestions on the operation and management of the system are given according to the characteristics of this engineering project.
