对气候进行了介绍,分析了气候对人的影响,指出规划生活环境应该采用有益气候学的原则,尽最大努力减少对气候的破坏,提出了在景观规划设计中应采取的保护气候的措施,以得到天人合一的景观效果。

The author introduces the climate, analyzes the influences of the climate on the human, points out that planning living environment should adopt principle of having benefit for the climatology, and reduce the destruction on the climate as possible, and provides measures of protecting climate in the landscape planning design, thus getting the landscape effect of combining with the nature and the human.
