通过对立体地价楼层分摊理论分析,提出剩余分摊法与基准地价系数修正法两种分摊方法,达到了在现实生活中能够科学、合理、有效解决立体地价分摊的效果,从而促进房地产业的发展。

Through analysis of the three-dimensional land floor sharing theory, the paper proposes two sharing methods including surplus sharing method and the benchmark land price coefficient amendment act. It finally reaches the effect of solving the three-dimensional land sharing problem scientifically, reasonable and effectively in real life so as to push development of real estate.
