摘要
首先介绍了《民用建筑能效测评标识技术导则(试行)》(以下简称导则),对导则进行了深入分析,并围绕基准建筑缺失参数及导则中基准项与节能率的定量关系两个方面进行了探讨,并给出了相关建议。
In this thesis first give a brief introduction about Civil Architecture Energy Label Assessment Technical Guide（Proposed）. Then discuss quantificational equation of fractional energy saving and standard itern and the missed parameter. In this paper, also give some suggestion.
