摘要
结合工作实践,对施工企业项目部亏损的主观、客观原因进行了较详细的分析,并且就自行施工的项目部和分包施工的项目部遏制亏损的对策作出总结,以使成本得到有效控制。
Combining practical working experiences, the paper analyzes subjective and objective reasons for the deficit of project department of-construction industry, it also concludes countermeasures against deficit for self-construction project and sub-construction project, so as to effective control the cost.
