从定义、分类及不同的表现形式对串通招标进行了客观的论述,分析了串通招标这一不正当竞争的危害,提出了在新形势下行政主管部门对各种串通招标方式预防和监管的工作思路,为解决当前串通招标这一顽症提供了有效的监管办法。

The collaborating bid was discussed objectively from definition, classification and different expressive form, and the hazard of the unfair competition was analyzed. The prevention and supervision thinking of executive branch on various kinds of collaborating bid in the new situation were proposed, which provided effective supervision method for resolving present collaborating bid.
