Early this year,Keith Barr was appointed as Executive President for the Greater China Region by Inter Continental Hotel Group,the world's largest hotel management company.Compared with his predecessor,Keith faces a more challenging task as the global economy had not yet stepped out of the crisis and China's prospect of economic recovery was not certain.All this weighed heavily on the hospitality business.To maintain and enhance the Group's leading position in the Greater China Region,Keith has led the implementation of a re-branding strategy and invested heavily in people development.
