摘要
为有效地实施整体护理，提高围手术期护理质量，设计了“围手术期护理单”，包括术前、术中、术后三部分。经临床一年多的试用，基本上规范了外科的护理工作内容，避免了各种差错隐患，缩短了病人平均住院日。
To practice the holistic nursing and heighten its quality,a“perioperative nursing list'was planned.It includes preoperative,operating and postoperative parts.Trying over one year proved that this list normalized the nursing working contents of the surgical department,avoided the probable error,shortened the average length of stay in hospital,and enhanced the patient's satisfacatory degree.
