在10月22日国家统计局召开的新闻发布会上，前三季度的国民经济统计数据显示，我国进出口贸易额同比下降20．9％。前三季度，进出口总额15578亿美元，同比下降20．9％。其中，一季度下降24．9％，二季度下降22．1％，三季度下降16．5％。前三季度，出口8466亿美元，下降21．3％；进口7112亿美元，下降20．4％；顺差1355亿美元，同比减少455亿美元。

Import and export trade continued to decline is China's biggest obstacle in the economic operation.This situation is estimated that there will not any big change this year and the next.However,leaky house suffers clouds and rain with every side at this moment.Some countries take punitive measures to the exports of goods to China.The author believes that the international financial crisis has not yet died down,the impact on the real economy has not yet ended,the international economic frictions and disputes are still growing,the future development of Chinese economy still faces many difficulties and challenges.The Government should make every effort to maintain the continuity of macroeconomic policies and stability,maintain the effectiveness of policies and sustainability at the same time,promote the strategic adjustment of economic structure as soon as possible,focus areas and key links to speed up reforms,promote foreign trade and utilize foreign investment's stable growth to make a more stable foundation for economic recovery.
