摘要
采用碱性化学镀技术,在粒径为8~26μm的空心微珠表面包覆镍磷和镍钴磷合金层,研究了复合稳定剂、活化工艺、连续化学镀工艺和搅拌方式对镀层含量和微观形貌的影响。制备的镀膜空心微珠金属含量达到85%以上,含磷量小于5%;以不同含量镀膜空心微珠为吸收剂制备雷达吸波涂层,通过结构阻抗匹配设计,涂层在8 mm和3mm雷达波反射衰减>10 dB,验证试验结果表明,镀膜空心微珠是一种具有电磁复合功能的轻质吸收剂,对实现雷达隐身材料的"薄、轻、宽、强"提供了新的技术途径。
The surface of cenosphere with particle size 8 -26 μm was coated with Ni -P and Ni -Co - P alloy layer by basic electroless plating technology. Effects of composite stabilizer, activation process, continuous electroless plating technology and stirring methods on plating content and micro - morphology have been studied. The metal content of plated cenosphere reaches over 85% , and P content less than 5%. Through structure impedance matching design, radar absorptive coating was prepared by taking different content plated cenosphere as absorbent, on which the 8 mm and 3 mm radar reflective attenuation was more than 10 dB. Test results showed that the plated cenosphere is a kind of light - weight absorbent with eletromagnetic funtion, which provides a new way to realize the characteristic of "thin, light, wide and strong" for radar stealth material.
