水性环氧树脂/聚丙烯酸酯互穿聚合物网络的合成及表征 被引量:2

摘要 制备了聚合型环氧树脂/丙烯酸酯聚合物和共混型环氧树脂/丙烯酸酯聚合物,再分别向两种树脂中加入一定量水性环氧固化剂和去离子水将其乳化,使树脂水性化。用GPC、DSC和SEM分别表征了两种环氧树脂/丙烯酸酯聚合物的结构,丙烯酸酯类单体在以低相对分子质量的环氧树脂为惰性组分的环境下,聚合而成的聚合型环氧树脂/丙烯酸酯聚合物能够形成互穿网络的结构。 Two kinds of waterborne emulsion resins have been prepared, i.e. epoxy/polyacrylate copolymer and epoxy/polyacrylate polymer blend, in which a certain amount of waterborne epoxy curing agent and deionized water were added respectively to make them emulsified. The structure of the two kinds of resins were characterized by GPC, DSC and SEM. The results showed that the epoxy/polyacrylate eopolymer which was obtained with acrylic monomers and oligomeric epoxy as solvent by solution polymerization can form the interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) structure.
