摘要
以简化的平顶式活塞为原型,介绍了活塞热力耦合参数化分析边界条件的确定方法,并针对此类结构形式的活塞模型,通过参数化驱动以及宏文件封装的方式,运用APDL语言进行了热力耦合分析程序的开发,旨在实现此类型活塞热力耦合分析程序的参数化、通用化、模块化,缩短分析周期和提高效率。
Taking simplified flat-top piston as prototype,the way to determine the piston heating-power coupling analysis border condition is introduced.By means of parameterization and macro file encapsulation,aiming at realizing the heating-power coupling analysis procedure′s parameterization,generalization and modularization for this type of piston,so as to curtail the analytical period and to raise the efficiency,APDL language is applied to carry out heating-power coupling analysis procedure exploitation.
