摘要 以一款FY100-10A汽油摩托车为样机,进行排放控制技术实验研究。研究了乙醇掺烧、化油器调节、排气催化净化技术。结果表明掺烧22%的乙醇,CO排放减少8%-38%,HC减少10-30%,NOx排放在中低速时减少,在高速却有所增加。进行化油器主量孔、油针尺寸与摩托车发动机的匹配调节,得出了该摩托车最佳化油器量孔与油针的匹配参数。通过匹配排气催化净化技术,进一步降低了发动机的CO、HC和NOx的排放。综合以上净化技术的FY100-10A摩托车排放达到了国Ⅲ标准。 This paper studies the emission control technique based on gasoline motorcycle FY100-10A.Experiment study was conducted on ethanol gasoline blended fuel,carburetor adjusting and exhaust catalysis and purification.Results show that ethanol-gasoline with 22% blended ration could reduce CO by 8~38%,HC 10~30%,and NOx was reduced in low and middle speed,but increased in high speed.The main jet,fuel needle of carburetor was adjusted,and the best parameters were gained.Exhaust catalysis and purification device equipped to reduce CO, HC and NOx emission largely. The motorcycle FY100-10A equipped with the purification technique above meets the emission standard of Chinese phase Ⅲ.
