摘要
本文主要对车用二甲醚产业化进程中存在的燃油系统耐久性与可靠性问题开展研究。首先分析了柴油机燃用二甲醚时燃油系统精密偶件的润滑方式,得出二甲醚对偶件润滑效果差和需在燃料中添加具有极性长链分子的添加剂来延长偶件使用寿命的结论;其次在一套仿真柴油机燃油供给系统上进行了柴油和二甲醚的耐久性对比试验,试验结果表明:纯二甲醚对供油系统偶件的润滑作用比柴油差,偶件磨损有加大的趋势,燃油系统耐久性和可靠性降低,与理论分析相符合。
This paper focuses on the research about the durability and reliability of the diesel s fuel system during the Dimethyl ether s application process as diesel s fuel.Through analyzing the mechanisms fo Dimethyl ether lubricating the precision pairs,it shows dimethyl ether has weak effect on lubrication of the pairs.Thus,a kind of additive in which the molecular has long chain is needed to be added into Dimethyl ether for extending the useful life.Meanwhile,diesel and Dimethyl ether was tested on s simulation diesel supply system. The result shows that the lubricant effect of Dimethyl ether on the pairs of the fuel system was weaker than diesel, and the pairs wearied seriously. The durability and reliability of the fuel system was affected according with the theory.
