个人组织契合测量研究述评 被引量:5

摘要 作为一种重要的工作场所变量,个人组织契合能预测很多与工作相关的个人和组织结果,从而成为了近年来人力资源管理和组织行为学研究的热点。要推动该领域理论研究的进一步发展,就必须加强个人组织契合的测量研究。本文对已有的个人组织契合测量研究进行了总结和分析,并讨论了当前研究的不足以及未来研究的发展方向。
