喷施不同植物生长调节剂对烤烟色素的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Spraying Different Plant Growth Regulators on the Contents of Pigments in Cutters of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 研究了打顶后喷施水杨酸、赤霉素和乙烯利对烤烟成熟过程中色素含量的影响。结果表明,喷施赤霉素能促进烤烟叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和多酚类色素的降解;喷施水杨酸和乙烯利能促进叶绿素和多酚类色素的降解,减缓类胡萝卜素的降解。在所选的3种植物生长调节剂中,以赤霉素处理效果较好,水杨酸和乙烯利次之。 Effect of spraying salicylic acid(SA),gibberellin(GA3)and ethephon(ETP)on the contents of pigments after top-cutting were studied.The results showed that chlorophyll,cartenoids and polyphenol compounds were degraded more than control by spraying gibberellin(GA3).Chlorophyll and Polyphenol compounds were degraded more than control by spraying salicylic acid(SA)and ethephon(ETP),but cartenoids expressed opposite.Effection of GA3 was better than other two plant growth regulators.
