摘要
采用土培法研究了不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对氯化镉(CdCl2)处理下玉米种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,在氯化镉(CdCl2)处理下,玉米种子萌发延迟,可溶性糖含量和根系活力降低,游离脯氨酸及丙二醛的含量升高,说明Cd2+对玉米种子的萌发及幼苗生长具有抑制和毒害作用;而外源SA则缓解了Cd2+对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长所造成的抑制及毒害作用。
Using pot cultivation method, the effects of salicylic acid at different concentration on seed germination and seedling growth of maize under cadmium stress were studied. The results showed that the treatment with cadmium chloride(CdCl2 )could delay the seed germination, reduce the soluble sugar content and root activity,and increase the content of free proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) in maize. This indicated that Cd^2+ had the inhibitory and toxic action to maize seed germination and seedling growth, but this cadmium toxicity could be alleviated by applying the exogenous salicylic acid(SA).
