铁棍山药内生菌的分离及对白菜软腐菌拮抗菌的筛选 被引量:13

摘要 用涂布平板法从铁棍山药(Dioscoreaopposita Thunb. CV. Tiegun)中分离得到32株内生菌菌株。用抑菌圈法测定其对白菜软腐菌(Erwiniacarotovora var. carotovora)的拮抗作用,共得到11株对该病原菌有拮抗作用的菌株,占菌株总数的34.4%。其中抑菌圈直径大于或等于10mm的菌株有4株,分别是B-2、B-5、B-6和F-8,占菌株总数的12.5%,抑菌圈直径最大的可达15mm。对具有拮抗作用的菌株进行革兰氏染色和芽孢染色,结果表明:这11株菌株全为细菌,均无芽孢;革兰氏染色阳性(G+)的有4株,革兰氏染色阴性(G-)的有7株;有3株菌株为球菌,其余为杆菌。 From the stems of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. CV. Tiegun, 32 endophytes were isolated. Based on the inhibition of the growth of Erwinia carotovora var. carotovora, eleven strains had antagonistic activity against the plant pathogen, which was 34.4% of the total strains screened. Four strains, B-2, B-5, B-6 and F-8 had suppression diameters bigger than 10mm, which was 12.5% of the total strains. The biggest diameter of suppression was 15mm. Dyeing the eleven strains having antagonistic activity with Gram staining and endospore staining, we concluded that the eleven strains were all bacteria without spores. Four strains were G^+ and seven strains were G^- ,three strains were coccus type and the rest were bacillus type.
