摘要 研究了稻田常用除草剂苯噻酰草胺对斑马鱼的急性毒性和遗传毒性影响。结果表明:苯噻酰草胺对斑马鱼24h和48h的LC50分别为0.058mL/L和0.019mL/L,对斑马鱼具有一定的毒性。不同体积分数和染毒时间对斑马鱼红细胞微核形成的影响试验表明:对照组红细胞微核细胞率最高为0.0167%,而处理组红细胞微核细胞率最高达到0.043 4%,各处理组斑马鱼红细胞微核细胞率均与对照组有显著差异,具有剂量效应且与染毒时间的长短有明显相关性,而在染毒浓度最高时微核率却明显下降,这表明红细胞微核率的大小还与细胞的有丝分裂速度有关。 In this paper, the effects of acute and genetic toxicity induced by mefenacet on D. rerio was investigated. The results showed that the mefenacet can poison D. rerio in some conditions. The LC50 of mefenacet at 24h and 48h are 0. 058mL/L and 0. 019mL/L, respectively. The highest frequencies of micronucleus of control group was 0. 0167%, while that of the experimental group was 0. 043 4%. At some concentrations, mefenacet can induce Significant increases in the frequencies of micronucleus. There was distinct difference in comparison with the control group. We also found that the concent ration and time have significant correlation with the frequencies of micronuclei, while the frequencies of micronuclei declined obviously in the highest concentration group. This indicated that the mitotic rate of cells also influences the frequencies of micronuclei.
