基于定量遥感的重庆市土地利用动态变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 以重庆市主城区为例,运用1988年、2000年和2007年三期多源影像数据,在遥感技术和数理统计方法的支持下,对20年来土地利用变化的空间特征进行研究.分析了土地利用的数量变化幅度、速度和区域差异,并对用地类型变化最大的城乡居住建设用地进行了空间重心转移模型和城市形态的分型特征模型分析.结果表明:①1988-2007年间,重庆市土地利用变化较大,主要表现为城乡居住建设用地大幅度增加,年增长率为6.58%;②城乡居住建设用地主要是有草地、林地和未利用地转化而来,三者占转移总量的84.53%;③重庆市城市分区建设用地重心向东北部、西南部和东南部方向偏移,受歌乐山和南山地形制约明显,并且城市空间形态趋于稳定. Based on the remote sensing and statistics methods,using the TM images of the years1988, 2000 and 2007, the spatial differences of the change in land use of the main urban area of Chongqing in the recent 20 years were studied. The spatial expansion process and mechanism of urban land-use were illustrated through the principal conversion type analysis in the years of 1988, 2000, and 2007 with spatial center of gravity transfer model and fractal model. The result showed that from 1988 to 2007, the land-use structure Changed considerably in Chongqing city and the area of the land for housing and other construction purposes increased to a great extent,with an annual average of 6.58%, that the land for housing and other construction purposes converted mainly from grassland, forestland and un-used land, which accounted for 84.53% of the total transition area, and that the urban land-use was obviously restricted by Mount Geleshan and Mount Nanshan and the directions of gravity transfer of Chongqing urban land-use were northeast, southwest, and southeast and the spatial structure of urban land-use features in Chongqing tended to be more stable with the decrease of the fractal dimension.
