芪药消渴胶囊治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病47例

Qi Yao Xiao Ke Capsule in the Treatment of Qi-Yin Deficiency Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察芪药消渴胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法79例糖尿病肾病(气阴两虚型)患者,随即分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(31例),两组在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用芪药消渴胶囊治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效及24小时尿蛋白排泄量与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时治疗组患者中医证侯明显改善。结论芪药消渴胶囊可改善糖尿病肾病患者(气阴两虚)临床症状,减少尿蛋白排泄。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Qi Yao Xiao Ke capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 79 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy （qi -yin deficiency） were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases in the therapeutic group, and 31 cases in the control group. Both groups were given conventional treatments. Besides that, Qi Yao Xiao Ke capsule were added to the therapeutic group. Results The difference of the clinical efficacy and 24 - hour urinary protein between the therapeutic group and the control group had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the traditional Chinese medical syndrome of the therapeutic group improved markedly. Conclusion Qi Yao Xi- ao Ke capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic nephropathy （qi -yin deficiency）, and reduce the excretion of urinary urine.
