摘要
通过研究厂拌热再生设备在生产过程中对成品料质量、生产效率及环保等方面的影响,结合生产实践,论述了厂拌热再生技术中旧沥青料的性能评价、破碎与筛分分级、最佳出料温度的确定和测量方法、配合比的确定和实现方法、输送及称量过程中的黏结问题及处理措施,以及如何操作控制系统以满足成品料级配和油石比的要求,可为厂拌热再生技术的实际应用提供参考。
Through researching the impact of plant mix hot recycling equipment on final product quality, production efficiency and environment protection, combined with practice, the evaluation method for old asphalt mixture, classification of crushing and sifting, measurement and determination method of the best discharging temperature, method of realizing mixing proportion, disposal measure for asphalt pasting problem in transporting and weighing process and how to operate the control system to meet the requirement of mixture gradation and proportion of asphalt, are all expounded. It can provide reference for application of plant mix hot recycling techniqe.
