摘要
以低含量微硅粉为原料,经酸浸,HF酸溶解,水解,干燥等步骤制备了纳米SiO2粉体。采用X射线衍射(XRD),傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),冷场发射扫描电镜(SEM),及能谱(EDS)等手段对原料和产物进行了表征。结果表明制备的纳米SiO2粉体中的SiO2含量>97%,粒径分布均匀,平均粒径约90nm,BET吸附比表面积为210m2/g。本文对废弃微硅粉的资源化具有积极的作用。
The silica nanoparticles was prepared using low concentration light silicon ash as material which always was abandoned as an industry waste. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) have been used for the characterization of silica nanoparticles while energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS) was used to measure the component and concentration. The results shown that the purity of prepared nano-silica was more than 97%, the average particles size 90 nm, The specific surface area measured by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) was 210m^2/g. This paper has positive effect for well use of light silicon ash resource
