摘要
利用双水相技术，并与有机溶剂萃取技术结合，于ｐＨ８．０～８．５，采用１４％聚乙二醇２０００－１８％Ｎａ２ＨＰＯ４系统，建立了丙酰螺旋霉素的全发酵液萃取新工艺。小试收率达到６９．２％，对照的乙酸丁酯萃取工艺的收率为５３．４％。
The extraction of propionylspiramycin from the whole broth has been investigated by the combined technique of aqueous two phase partition and organic solvent extraction.The experimental conditions were established as pH8.0￣8.5,14% polyethylene glycol and 18% Na 2HPO 4.The recovery was 69.2% vs. 53.4% by the conventional organic solvent extraction.
