摘要
采用羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)制备了盐酸尼卡地平凝胶骨架控释片,其体外释放曲线符合一级动力学。药物释放速率随HPMC粘度增大及用量增多而减慢,并受释放介质的pH影响较大。在中和高粘度HPMC片中。
Nicardipine hydrochloride hydrophilic matrix controlled release tablets were prepared using hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) with different viscosity. The drug release profile conformed to the first order kinetics. The drug release rate was slower with HPMC of higher viscosity and higher content, and significantly influenced by variations in rotation rate for the tablets containing HPMC of moderate viscosity. It was found that in dissolution medium with higher pH value the release of the drug was slower.
