Readers satisfaction is one of the important criteria to evaluate the overall service level of the University Library,. The library established the reader satisfaction management system and adopted effective measures to improve reader satisfaction. It implemented management satisfaction to the readers of the University Library, which can quickly upgrade their service capacity. It is one of focus our library in the 21st century.
