摘要
知识经济时代要求知识的学习和更新,本文针对我国阅读率下滑的现状,提出了公共图书馆提高阅读率的对策。
Knowledge study and updating is necessary in the age of knowledge economy. This essay will analyze the current situation of the decreasing of reading rate and the measures that our public libraries should take to improve it.
