摘要
运用问卷调查法、ABC分析法了解师范实习生对实习指导老师的期望和要求,寻找出了实习生最喜欢的指导老师的6个主要特征,实习生最不喜欢的指导老师的5个主要特征,实习生对实习指导老师最主要的5个希望。调查分析结果表明,实习指导老师应该具备以下良好素养:角色意识明确、责任感强、业务素质高、人际沟通能力强。
By using the questionnaire investigation, ABC analysis approach to understand the expectation and demands of intern to instructor, to find out six main characteristics of the most favored instructor, five main characteristics of the most disliked instructor and the major demands to the instructor. The results show that the instructor for teaching practice should possess the good qualities as follows: clear sense of the role, strong responsibility, good professional quality and strong interpersonal communication skills.
