Study on the Service Mode of Subject Librarian in University Libraries

本文介绍了我国学科馆员的研究概况,并从学科馆员的概念与必要性,学科馆员的职责与人员素质,工作环境与组织管理等方面论述高校图书馆学科馆员学科化服务开展的可行性。

The research survey of subject librarian in China is introduced in this paper. The feasibility of subject service in university libraries is discussed from the aspects of concept, necessity, responsibility, quality, working environment and organization management of subject librarian.
