摘要
以苦荞麦‘黑丰一号’种子为材料,研究不同温度对种子萌发的影响;采用2因素3水平设计,研究不同温度(A1,A2和A3分别为20,25和30℃)和光照强度(B1,B2和B3分别为1,3和5×103lx)对幼苗产量及品质的影响.结果表明:苦荞麦种子萌发的适宜温度为25℃;因素A,B和A*B对幼苗产量、Vc和黄酮含量的影响均达显著水平(p≤0.05);对幼苗产量影响最好的水平组合是A2B1和A2B2,对幼苗Vc和黄酮含量影响最好的水平组合分别是A3B1和A3B2.在苦荞麦幼苗生长的不同阶段,应进行不同的温光控制,以提高产量与品质.
The seeds of tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tartaricum) variety Heifeng No.1 were used as experimental material in an experiment to study the effects of different temperatures(A1,A2 and A3,which were 20,25 and 30 ℃,respectively) and light intensity(B1,B2 and B3,which were 1,3 and 5×10^3 lx,respectively) on its seed germination and seedling yield and quality.The results showed that 25 ℃ was suitable for seed germination;the factors A,B and A*B had significant effects on the yield and contents of vitamin C and {lavonoids of the seedlings (p≤0.05). The optimum combinations were A2B1 and A2B2for seedling yield and A3B1 and A3B2 for vitamin C and flavonoid contents of the seedlings. To improve seedling yield and quality of tartary buckwheat, the levels of temperature and light intensity should be controled depending on different growth stages.
