县级农村土地利用数据库建设是我国土地信息化管理和建设的迫切要求.在论证几种主要软件的功能特点基础上选择ArcGIS作为软件平台,修正了县级农村土地利用数据库建设流程,探讨了数据库建设过程中的一些关键技术:属性输入技术、特色点状符号库设计、地理相关法质量检查机制等.最后,对基于ArcGIS的县级农村土地利用数据库的优点及应用前景进行展望.

The construction of county-level rural land-use database is an urgent need of land informationization management and construction in our country. At first,several kinds of main software＇s function characteristics are compared and ArcGIS is chosen to take the software platform in this paper. Then revised the construction flow of county-level rural land-use database. Some key technologies in the process of database building are discussed, for example. The technology of Attribute input; Characteristic point symbol library design; Geographical correlation method quality control mechanism. Finally, it carries on the forecast to the application prospect of county-level rural land-use database based on ArcGIS.
