摘要
以鞍钢重机厂台车式热处理炉自动控制系统为背景,在采用先进的集散控制系统的基础上,针对退火质量、环保问题及温度控制精度,一方面通过采用脉冲燃烧方案提高燃烧效率、降低污染气体排放并提高温度场的均匀性;另一方面,针对热处理炉的工艺过程特点,采用PID算法结合前馈解耦的控制策略有效提高了温度控制精度。实际运行效果表明,退火质量和温度控制精度均达到了设计要求。
Based on the automatic control system of car-type annealing furnace in Angang Heavy Machine Corporation, we adopt advanced DCS products.to resolve the problems of product quality control, environmental protection and the precision of temperature in the traditional system. On the one hand, the plusburning scheme is chosen to improve the burning efficiency, and to reduce the pollution and make uniformed temperature pattern. On the other hand, after analyzing the characteristic of the process, we improve the precision of temperature greatly through using PID and feed-forward decoupling control strategy. The application result showed high control quality of the car-type annealing furnace. It can satisfy the process requirement.
