介绍离子膜法烧碱生产工艺的特点和控制要求和中控的WebField ECS-100控制系统在国产化离子膜法烧碱生产中的应用,主要讨论了DCS系统配置,和氯氢总管压力控制、槽电压测量和工艺联锁。
The characteristic and control requirement of manufacture caustic soda by ionic exchange membrane technique and application of the SUPCON Webfield ECS-100 system in the localized unit are introduced. It mainly discussed the control system building, hydrogen gas and chlorine gas head pressure controlling, cell voltage measureing and process interlock.
