A presentation is given of the working principle of the Type QYD gas-liquid masstransfer internals, the implementation of the revamp plan and the operation results. Actual operation shows that the Type QYD internals have the advantages of a high degree of gas purification, prevention of plugging, simple structure, high turn-down ratio, low reactor resistance and low investment, therefore, not only suitable for revamp of the old reactor, but also adaptable to the design of a new reactor, saving 33% - 50% in investment cost.
