摘要
由于变脱塔(填料塔)配置偏大,不仅脱硫后H2S含量长期超标、电耗偏高,而且堵塔现象严重。变脱塔改用QYD传质内件后,脱硫后H2S含量完全达标,年节电50万元、减少辅材消耗15万元,并从根本上解决了脱硫塔堵塔问题,取得了满意的效果。
