煤气化技术在鲁南化肥厂的应用与发展

Use and Growth of Coal Gasification Technology in Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant

简要介绍了德士古水煤浆加压气化技术及装置10多年的运行情况。通过对引进技术的消化吸收,对装置进行了多项技术改造。与华东理工大学合作,先后开发成功了新型多喷嘴对置气化技术和干煤粉气化技术。

A brief account is given of the operation for more than 10 years of the Texaco process for coal-water slurry gasification under pressure, its technology and equipment. Through the digestion and assimilation of the technology introduced from abroad, several technological modification has been carried out of the equipment. In cooperation with East China University of Science and Technology, this plant has successively developed with success the novel multi-nozzle opposed gasification technology and dry pulverized coal gasification technology.
